Today: Cloudy with occasional light rain in Scotland, and also in Northern Ireland at first. Most of England and Wales should start clearer, although more cloud is likely to extend into northern and eastern areas later. Southwestern parts staying sunny throughout.

Tonight: Continuing cloudy for many eastern areas, but generally staying clear in the west. Fog patches possible in Scotland, perhaps also some light rain in the far north at times.

Saturday:Another fine and often sunny day for many parts of the UK, the exception being southeast England which will see an increasing amount of cloud through the afternoon.
